Driving Test Cancellations - If my test is cancelled because of strike action, will I need to pay to rebook?

Driving test examiners are due to go on strike next week as a result of a dispute about working hours. Those instructors that are members of the Public and Commercial Services Union will walk out on 19 and 20 November. The Public and Commercial Services union represents 1,600 Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency staff across 360 sites in the UK.

Can I claim compensation for an accident on holiday?
